PTO Membership Form

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE Did you know, that as a parent or guardian with a student attending PRM, you are already a PTO member (and so are all our teachers and staff!)?!?! Our goal is to have 100% of our membership as voting members. To be a voting member, it is only $5/family and proceeds help fund the many PTO-sponsored school activities. A payment form will be available in the packet your child will receive at Open House or the first day of school – return with payment made to “PRM PTO” or pay online today! (Note: a $0.45 service fee is applied.)

Please include your family’s name, last then first (Ex: “Smith, John” or “Smith, Jane” or “Smith, Jane and John”), along with your student’s name. Then just click “Add to Cart” and follow the payment instructions. Thank you for your support.
